M.U.G.E.N
M.U.G.E.N, tasarımına Elecbyte tarafından 1999′da Allegro oyun programlama kütüphanesi kullanılarak başlanan, 2 boyutlu bir dövüş oyun motorudur. Elecbyte, DOS, Linux, ve Windows işletim sistemleri için beta sürümlerini dağıtmıştır.
Oyun Motoru, herkese , karakter, sahne, ve diğer oyun nesnelerini, biçimi belirli metin dosyaları ve grafik ve ses derlemeleri aracılığı ile yaratma imkanı vermektedir, ve ayrıca oyun sırasında arkaplan müziği olarak MP3 desteklemektedir. Motor, son derece güçlü ve esnek olup, Capcom tarafından üretilmiş “Street Fighter” ve SNK tarafından geliştirilmiş “King of Fighters” gibi birçok ticari 2 boyutlu dövüş oyununun benzer fonksiyonlarını içermekte ve kullanıma sunmaktadır.
